Kremenik boat has taken steps to help passengers have a healthy and safe tour experience. We want our guests to know that we are doing daily cleaning of every surfaces and keep social distance so that when you embark on Kremenik, you will know our commitment to your health and safety is our priority as always. This global pandemic has forced us all to rethink and raise the standard bar, not just in terms of hygiene but also our service to you. Over the coming tourist season and months, we will keep you updated how we are sanitizing surfaces on Kremenik and other procedures that will ensure your safety on board.

Kremenik boat will also operate according to recommendations from the local authorities and the following measures will be applied:

Kremenik boat is increasing the frequency of regular cleaning program and all areas will be cleaned at least three times a day with the suitable cleaning agents. Kremenik boat will be using cleaning solutions with diluted bleach as well as those with at least 80% of alcohol. All the handrails, doorknobs, light switches, cabins, seats, pillows etc. will be disinfected couple times daily. Special attention will be given to the restroom as well. This means all the surfaces will be treated with effective sanitizers as mentioned. Disinfecting these surfaces is one of the keyways to minimize the spread of viruses.

Personal hygiene including frequent hand washing and not touching your eyes nose and mouth is essential to minimizing the spread of viruses. Mentioned recommendations are important and will be repeated to staff and passengers frequently during the tours. Hand sanitizers are available at the entrance of Kremenik boat. Passengers will be kindly asked to use it every time getting on and off the boat.

Kremenik is a small cruise boat, meaning that groups of people on it cannot be bigger than 80 people. This information in this case is very important to highlight because we work with small groups and we are able to accommodate all social distancing requirements.

Finger food and other welcoming beverages that are usually served for passengers will be removed for safety.

All of the Kremenik staff members will be informed and trained on these new procedures. They will be advised to keep the highest hygiene standards and practice social distancing in passengers’ interaction. They will also be advised to wear masks and if needed gloves. Every day before starting their shift, they will measure their body temperature, and if they have any respiratory problems, instructed to consult their physician.

We kindly ask all of our passengers to be aware of their responsibilities and follow the guidelines. Please pay attention to the minimum of 1.50 m on board and on land, also to avoid any crowds. Each passenger is free to wear mask on board. If you do not have mask with you, the Kremenik staff member will provide you with some at extra cost. If you feel unwell during the tour or ride, please notify the captain immediately and our staff members will help you according to accepted procedures with the virus.

Therefore, for now, there will be no daily departure schedule until further notice, but that does not mean that we are not traveling and that our Kremenik Caffe Bar is still not open!

There is no need to book a trip in these times, if you are interested in a particular trip and availability, contact us in the inbox for more information.
